Intercity
Relocating with your pet
Moving out of Bangalore is stressful enough without wondering how the dog gets there. We drive them, with the journey planned around the animal rather than the clock.
What is different
A long drive is not a long local trip
Six hours in a vehicle asks far more of an animal than twenty minutes across town. Outstation journeys are planned, not just booked.
Planned stops
Water, a short walk and time to settle, at intervals that suit your pet rather than the driver’s schedule.
Certified for distance
Outstation work needs its own certification. Long trips are not handed to whoever happens to be free.
Paperwork sorted first
We tell you what your route needs — vaccination records, health certificates — before the day, not at a checkpoint.
Getting a price
Quoted, not metered
Send us the cities, the date, and what kind of pet is travelling. We will come back with a price and a plan — including whether an overnight stop makes sense.
Questions
About intercity travel
How is an outstation trip priced?
Per kilometre, counted as a return journey because the vehicle has to come back, with a daily minimum distance. Every trip is quoted individually before anything is booked.
Can my pet travel alone on a long trip?
Sometimes, and only with a driver holding both outstation and handling certification. For journeys over a few hours we will usually talk through whether it is the right choice for your particular animal.
What paperwork do I need?
Vaccination records at minimum, and for some destinations a health certificate from a registered vet. We will tell you what your route needs when we quote.
What about breaks on a long drive?
Stops are planned around the animal — water, a short walk and a chance to settle. That is the main reason intercity trips are quoted rather than metered.
