Terms of service

The service

We arrange road transport for pets in Bangalore and, by arrangement, between cities. Bookings are subject to driver and vehicle availability.

Your responsibilities

• Describe your pet honestly, including size, health and temperament. We rely on this to decide which driver and vehicle are suitable, and an inaccurate description puts your pet and our driver at risk.
• Ensure your pet is fit to travel. We may decline to carry an animal that appears seriously unwell.
• Be present at pickup, or arrange for someone to hand over and receive your pet.
• Provide any vaccination records or paperwork the destination requires.

Fares

Fares are quoted before booking based on distance, vehicle type and time of day. Additional charges may apply for waiting beyond the free allowance, cleaning where a pet soils a vehicle, tolls and parking. GST applies at the prevailing rate.

Liability

We take reasonable care of every animal in our vehicles. We are not liable for pre-existing medical conditions, stress responses inherent to travel, or consequences arising from information you did not disclose at booking. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Refusal of service

We may decline or end a trip where a driver’s safety is at risk, where an animal was materially misdescribed, or where the pickup or drop address is unsafe to attend.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The version published when you book is the one that applies to that booking.
